Just an ordinary person in an ordinary world observing extraordinary things I live in Africa, an incredible continent consistently humming with an ancient beat that underlies every thought, every movement - good and bad. But, life's not that different to anyone else's - we laugh, cry, hope, dream, succeed, fail, work and play just like everyone else. My ancestry is tied up in England, Wales and France - perhaps a bit of Irish and British sneaked in somewhere along the line. We're a family of explorers and thinkers, so we've been around and really thought about it a lot! I'm a writer, editor, sometime photographer and designer. Words are a passion, as are coffee and long lunches.
